1. Treat people like people
Do not harass, threaten, stalk, demean, or organize abuse against others. Hate speech and attacks based on protected characteristics are prohibited.
2. Protect privacy and minors
Never post private identifying information, sexualize minors, solicit sexual content, or encourage unsafe contact. Do not publish private messages or personal evidence without a legitimate safety reason and appropriate redaction.
3. No scams, impersonation, or account abuse
Do not impersonate creators, staff, Epic Games, or other users. No phishing, credential theft, account selling, malicious downloads, fake giveaways, financial scams, or deceptive creator claims.
4. Keep Fortnite competition fair
Do not distribute cheats, stolen credentials, ban-evasion tools, exploit instructions intended to harm players, or services that manipulate accounts or platform metrics.
5. Use spoiler controls
Mark leaks, unreleased content, story details, and event outcomes appropriately. Do not deliberately defeat another user’s spoiler settings.
6. Post useful, lawful content
Avoid spam, duplicate promotion, irrelevant mass posting, unlawful content, and material you do not have permission to share. Criticism is allowed; targeted abuse and fabricated allegations are not.
7. Creator and hub responsibility
Creator, island, and future hub owners must apply rules consistently, disclose conflicts where relevant, protect member data, and may not use community tools to retaliate against good-faith criticism or reports.
8. Reporting and enforcement
Use report tools in good faith and include relevant context. Staff may remove content, issue warnings or restrictions, suspend accounts, or escalate serious threats. Repeated, coordinated, or severe violations receive stronger action. Eligible sanctions can be appealed from Support.
